Scotty R Ortega, MD

Scotty R. Ortega, MD is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He has been in practice since completing his training at the St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, Ohio in 2009. Since moving to Odessa, TX in 2012, Dr. Ortega worked as a hospitalist and in 2015 opened his own Private Practice. The love and compassion for geriatrics, he rounds in several Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Centers in Permian Basin.

Dr. Ortega enjoys mentoring clinical students in geriatrics and family practice. His hobbies include spending time with his family (wife Laura and 2 daughters) and volunteering in the community.

Shiram Herrera, FNP

Mrs. Herrera was born in New York City, has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She received her medical training at Monterrey, Mexico where she lived for 8 years and obtained her Masters in Nursing at Walden University. Shiram works with Dr. Scotty Ortega to provide the best comprehensive care from adolescence to the elderly. Her areas of expertise include women's health (pap smears, breast exams, birth control )as well as controlling chronic illnesses like Diabetes, Hypertension, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis and weight loss just to name a few. She always welcomes patients with a smile making them feel welcomed at any time of the day.

Deborah Adejoro, FNP

Deborah is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center. I received my undergraduate degrees from University at Buffalo then later, attended Niagara University's accelerated Nursing program where I obtained Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I started my Nursing career at Midland Memorial hospital Medical-Surgical Unit. After working for some years, I pursued a Masters of Science degree in Nursing with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University. I started working as a Family Nurse practitioner in 2017 at West Texas Medical Care (WTMC); Where I had the opportunity to provide patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. I am proud to work with such a compassionate and caring team at WTMC.

Henry Barasa Sirengo MSN, RN, FNP-BC, CMSRN

Mr. Sirengo has been a Registered Nurse for over nine years, has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since May 2017. Teaching at a local community college since (Midland College since 2013).

He received his associate degree of science nursing from Midland college in 2008. Bachelorette (BSN) from Lubbock Christian University (LCU), in 2010 Master of Science (MSN) Education / Leadership concentration from the same university LCU. Post- Graduate certificate Family Nurse Practitioner from South University Savanna Georgia in 2016. Mr. Sirengo is currently a Doctor of Nursing (DNP) student at University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) anticipating graduating in 2020.

He delights in provision of compassionate, cost effective, holistic care guided by evidence-based guidelines to his patients.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending church functions and learning how to improve on his piano skills. Hobbies include running for both exercise and leisure, weight lifting and martial arts (TAE-KWON-DO).
